We first purchased Luis’s coffee in 2020 and we've continued to do so every year since. Located in the Amatenango de la Frontera municipality of Chiapas, Mexico, Luis cultivates more than a dozen different varieties and is highly focused on quality.
This season, we are thrilled to offer a blend of his varieties including garnica and bourbon. A nutty and citrusy aroma is complemented by delicate yet mouth-coating sweetness. While the cup is light-bodied, it is packed with comforting notes of clementine, cinnamon, and brown sugar. Perfect for espresso (tastes like tres leches cake in a cappuccino!) or drip.
